PS3新年开门红，销量超XBox 360

据NPD集团最新的数据，一月份美国电玩市场数销售业绩为11亿8000万美元，比去年同期下滑6%。（2007年数据包括5周销售，2008年包括4周的销售）
虽然今年的一月数据比去年少一周，但游戏软件销量还是增长了11%，达到6亿1060万美元。硬件销售为3亿7780万美元，比去年下降25%。Wii以27万4000台继续保持领先地位。
Playstation 3以26万9000台的业绩超过PS2的26万4000台（PS2居然还能卖出这么多，惊讶！）和XBox 360的23万台。
虽然PS3销售不错，但PS3版游戏销售却乏善可陈，排行榜十强中只占一席，而XBox 360版《使命召唤4》已经连续了三周销售冠军。
NPD分析师Anita Frazier说"就这月的表现而言，游戏软件销售强劲，附件也卖得火爆，游戏业看上去有个好的开头。" via playbeyond
