Men love to have the latest gadget, and that is also true when it comes to do it yourself fanatics. As the good weather encourages more people to head outdoors and work on projects around the house, men are paying up for powerful washers for their cars and patios.

These devices appeal to men because they are akin to wielding a giant water pistol or gun. Some men deliberately park their car where the neighbors can see it just so that they can spray their hose in full view. The popular tool now tops the list of big boy toys, followed by the multi-purpose DIY vacuum which can be used in the garage or car. Power tools continue to be among the most coveted for men's DIY as well, with the Power Forces 3.6V lithium-ion cordless screwdriver high on the list. Circular saws are another new trend, and the ones that cut steel, aluminum and wood as especially popular.

iPod Touch owners are primarily teenagers. Young fans, after using their parents' iPhone or iPod Touch, now want an Apple device for their own. The iPod Touch is equally popular with males and females.

Apple CEO Steve Jobs had announced that the iPod Touch was "the number one portable game player in the world," and now a survey supports Apple's words and actions: More than half of all U.S. mobile gamers battle it out on iOS devices. In fact 14 million U.S. gamers own both an iPod Touch and a Nintendo DS. The iPod Touch is predominantly used by people 17 years old or younger (65% of all users). Recent growth in the sales figures of the iPod Touch could be an indication that people are increasingly seeing Apple's devices as a game platform.
